Eligibility Criteria For SAIL Recruitment 2023
Age Limit:
- OBC: 31 years
- SC/ST: 33 years
- Departmental Candidates: 45 years irrespective of caste/category
- PwBD Category: 10 years over and above category relaxation
- Departmental Candidates: 45 years irrespective of the caste/category
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must hold an Engineering Degree in relevant discipline with a minimum of 65% marks (average of all semesters).
Selection Process
The selection process for SAIL Management Trainee Recruitment 2023 involves several stages:
Computer-based Test (CBT): Scheduled for January 2024. The test will have two parts:
- Domain Knowledge Test (100 marks, 40 minutes)
- Aptitude Test (100 marks, 80 minutes), consisting of Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, Reasoning, and General Awareness (25 marks each).
- Candidates must score a minimum of 40 percentile in each part to qualify for the next stage.
Group Discussion and Interview: Candidates who clear the CBT will be eligible for these stages.
